OPTIMIZING DESIGN

         - Integrated structure of after cooler and air/water separator, and integrated structure of oil cut-off valve and exhaust valve will reduce connecting line and avoid leakage.

         - Air end is “Hanbell”, which is low rotary speed, big rotors and more reliable. For the air end, we use Sweden SKF bearing, thrust bearing and cylindrical roller bearing that fully afford the air end axial force and radial force.

Integrated structure


         - Separate hot and cold chamber. Electronic elements, filters, separators etc. are installed in cold chamber to avoid high temperature effect and extend the compressor’s working life.

         - Thermostat Valve: Strictly control the oil temperature and improve cooling. Oil Filter is integrated with the thermostat Valve and there is no need in using the pipe to connect them. This structure decreases the amount of leakage point and decrease pressure losses, more energy-saving.

         - There are fewer pipelines, Flexible stainless hose. Some stainless hose are bent the whole one, which can reduce welding points. Advantages: to reduce air pulsation and reduce hinder dangers of oil / air leakage that may occur in welding joint; also, pressure loss is reduced so that to save energy.
